What are the differences between the THRONE, OMEGA and TITAN?

The THRONE is suitable for the more petite user, with thick layers of cold-cure foam cushioning, 4D armrests, an aluminum base, velour pillows, and PU casters.

The OMEGA contains an even thicker layer of cold-cure foam to provide extreme cushioning & support. Due to its compact design, the overall shape of the chair wraps more fittingly for most people and offer a snug feeling when seated in it to provide better ergonomic support. Additionally, it comes with a multi-functional tilt mechanism which provides more flexibility and allows you to lock the chair at desired angles.

The TITAN features an even taller backrest and a wider and deeper seat base. This chair is ideal for the bigger-than-average user, up to 200cm in height and 130kg in weight. It is also the only model in our lineup that has our integrated adjustable lumbar support system, which allows you to adjust the lumbar support by turning the knob on the right side of the backrest. In addition, the TITAN also uses our XL PU casters which enables smoother gliding, increased sturdiness and enhanced durability.

Which should I choose: PRIME™ PU Leather or SoftWeave™ Fabric?

Secretlab chairs come in both leather and fabric options—both will offer you same great seating experience, so which one should you choose?

Ultimately it boils down to personal preference, but here are some differences between leather and fabric that may help you decide.

  • Durability
    Our Secretlab PRIME PU Leather is water resistant, making it the better choice if you’re prone to accidental spills. If you’re confident about keeping food or liquids away from your chair, then feel free to choose between either of our top-quality upholsteries.
  • Breathability
    Our Secretlab SoftWeave™ Fabric was designed with breathability in mind—while the threads are tightly woven for durability, they still allow for air to flow through, helping to dissipate heat more easily.
  • Ease of maintenance
    PU leather is easy to take care of with some quick maintenance every now and then. While our SoftWeave™ fabric also does not require maintenance as often, it will take some effort to clean if it gets dirty. To learn more, check out our Aftercare Guide.
How do I know if a Secretlab chair will be a good fit for me?

We've designed our chairs to be as adjustable as possible, taking into consideration that people have varying weights and height. We do have a recommended using our chair measurement guide base on your height and weight here with our Sizing Guide to get a better idea on which chairs suits you best.

However, we also understand that people come in different shapes and sizes, so as our Sizing Guide is based on a general guideline, we strongly recommend checking out the measurements of each chair under the Resources page.

We also suggest comparing these measurements against your current chair, to give you a better idea of which chair would fit you best.

How can I pay for my chair?

You can pay for your order securely with the Stripe payment method, which accepts both debit and credit cards. In addition, we do have a bank transfer option available and you can select your preferred option upon carting out.

Can I pay by instalments?

You can pay with instalment plans of up to 24 months, offered by DBS My Preferred Payment Plan and OCBC Paylite. To do so, simply follow the steps listed below:

  1. Proceed to checkout your order as per normal.
  2. Complete the checkout using a DBS or OCBC credit card.
  3. Proceed to your respective bank's instalment plan web page and follow the instructions to apply for the instalment plan.
  4. Contact your bank if you need additional information.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping to your doorstep by our local courier will be $20. You will be able to add on delivery and assembly by our technician for another $29. Our technician will then deliver the chair and have it assembled and ready for use!

How will my order be delivered?

We deliver your chairs straight to your doorstep by local courier, as long as someone is there to receive the delivery. You get to choose your delivery date and time slot when checking out, so you won't have to worry about missed deliveries.

We’re able to fulfil your selected date & time 99% of the time. On the rare occasion that we cannot, we’ll do our best to give you a call at least 1 working day in advance to notify you about the change.

For certain areas such as restricted zones, islands, CBD towers, no-lift areas, additional delivery charges may apply. Please check with us if you are unsure about the additional costs.

Accessories will be delivered by registered , and should take about 2-3 working days to reach you.

What does your warranty cover?

To summarize on our warranty policy:

  • 2-years warranty on all functionality portions of the chair. Aesthetics defects & misuse of the chair are not covered.
  • Email an image or video of relevant affected area to within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Secretlab reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.

I have received my chair and would like to exchange it for a different chair model/colour.

Though we are unable to provide exchanges for our chairs at the moment, we do have a Return & Refund policy in place which you may refer to for more information on the process.

What is your refund/return policy?

We want you to love your chair! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we want to work with you to make things right. But before considering a return, don't forget that all our chairs are covered by our two-year warranty, which you can read up more on our Warranty Page.
