The products seem decent so far. But I missed out on a $70 discount for the Matt for the desk. I got everything 2 weeks ago. Customer support said they do not price match their own discounts, not even a store credit. This falls under the 49-day refund/return policy. Makes no sense how this falls under no help offered. How does your company not price match your own promotions and discounts so close to my delivery date / under the return policy? Disappointing.

The magnetic cable anchors are really great. Very functional. They also act as a nice fidget-friendly device with hours of fun of lifting and snapping it back onto the desktop. Pretty strong magnetic connection, but not too strong. Well made. Stout little device.
