  1. Upon exiting the MRT from Exit B, walk through the row of shops towards Bendemeer Road until you reach the taxi stand.
  2. Turn left and walk towards the nearby traffic light. Cross Bendemeer Road.
  3. Walk in the direction against the flow of traffic until you reach B-CENTRAL complex.
  4. Enter the complex and turn left, continue walking towards a small flight of steps on the side of the building.
  5. Go up the small flight of steps and turn right, and walk down the hallway until you reach the lifts on the right side of the hallway.
  6. Take the lift up to Level 3.
  7. Upon exiting the lift, turn right, then turn right again. You should be able to see the Secretlab Showroom at the end of the corridor.
From Bendemeer
  1. Keep left on Bendemeer Road. / Look out for a signboard with B-CENTRAL Complex on it.
  2. Turn left into the entrance of B-CENTRAL Complex.
  3. Go straight after passing the gantry, then turn left.
  4. Park at a nearby parking lot.
  5. Take the lift up to Level 3.
  6. Upon exiting the lift, turn right, then turn right again. You should be able to see the Secretlab Showroom at the end of the corridor.

What are the differences between the OMEGA, TITAN and TITAN XL?

Each Secretlab chair is engineered to fit different builds. Our handy sizing calculator can help you see which model fits you best, based on your height and weight.

The Secretlab OMEGA is equipped with a thick layer of patent-pending cold-cure foam to provide optimal comfort and support for long hours. Its relatively compact design is a good fit for those who prefer a more snug sitting experience. In addition, it comes with a multi-functional tilt mechanism which enables the chair to effortlessly adapt to your sitting preferences. The seat base can tilt back when you lean into the chair, and you can then lock it at your desired angle of tilt.

On the other hand, the Secretlab TITAN is built for larger folks, featuring a taller backrest and a wider and deeper seat base. The leveled seat base also makes this a great option if you like to sit cross-legged. This chair is ideal for the users who are up to 200cm in height and 130kg in weight. It is also equipped with an integrated adjustable lumbar support system, which allows you to adjust the depth of lumbar support by simply turning the knob on the right of the backrest.

The Secretlab TITAN XL is a larger version of the TITAN. It retains all its features, but is up to 25% larger and comes with an even taller backrest. Its side wings are smaller but wider too, creating an even more spacious environment. It is designed for users up to 208cm in height and weighing up to 180kg.

All Secretlab chairs come with large and sturdy XL PU caster wheels, which are designed to glide smoothly over most surfaces without damaging them.

Is Secretlab PRIME™ 2.0 PU leather or SoftWeave® fabric better for me?

Secretlab chairs offer different leather and fabric options. Both offer a similarly great sitting experience, but they have different properties that make them suited to different use cases.

Here’s a look at how they differ:

  • Spill-resistance
    Secretlab PRIME™ 2.0 PU leather is water-resistant—it won’t soak up liquid, so you can easily clean up any accidents. However, if you’re not a messy eater, SoftWeave® Fabric is a great option as well.
  • Breathability
    If you frequently perspire while sitting in front of your chair, you might prefer the Secretlab SoftWeave® Fabric. The threads are tightly woven for durability, but they still allow air to flow through, in this way reducing the build-up of heat.
  • Ease of maintenance
    PRIME™ 2.0 PU leather requires the occasional wipe-down to keep it in tip-top condition, but a slightly damp microfiber cloth should make quick work of dirt and light stains. On the other hand, while you don’t have to clean SoftWeave® fabric as often, it will take more effort to get stains out if it gets dirty. To learn more, check out our helpful Aftercare Guide.
How do I know if a Secretlab chair will be a good fit for me?

Secretlab chairs are built to be highly customizable and feature a wide range of adjustments. We recognize that people come in all shapes and sizes, and our chairs are designed to accommodate various heights and weights.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order securely with Stripe, which accepts both credit and debit cards. Alternatively, we also accept payment via PayNow. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Can I pay by instalments?

You can pay in installments using the following methods:

Up to 4 months, offered by Grab:

  1. Proceed to checkout your order as per normal.
  2. Select Grab as your payment method.
  3. Enter your details with your selected choice, confirm purchase.

Up to 3 months, offered by Rely and Hoolah:

  1. Proceed to checkout your order as per normal.
  2. Select either Rely or Hoolah as your payment method.
  3. Enter your details with your selected choice, confirm purchase.

Up to 24 months, offered by DBS Payment Plans and OCBC Paylite:

  1. Proceed to checkout your order as per normal.
  2. Complete the checkout using a DBS or OCBC credit card.
  3. Go to your respective bank's installment plan web page and follow the instructions to apply for the installment plan.
  4. Contact your bank if you need additional information.

How much will shipping cost?

Delivery to your doorstep by our local courier will cost $20. If you want your order to be assembled on-site, you can purchase our assembly service for another $29. Our technician will then deliver and assemble your Secretlab chair or desk for you at your location.

How will my order be delivered?

We deliver your order straight to your doorstep by local courier. You’ll get to pick your preferred delivery date and time slot when checking out, and you’ll need to sign for the delivery.

We aim to deliver all orders within the selected date and time slot. Should there be any changes, we’ll do our best to let you know at least 1 working day in advance.

Additional delivery charges may also apply for certain areas, such as restricted zones, islands, Central Business District towers, and no-lift areas. Please check with us if you are unsure about the additional costs.

Accessories will be delivered by registered mail and should reach you in about 2 to 3 working days.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty policy can be summarized as follows:

  • Up to 5-years warranty on all functionality portions of the chair. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the chair are not covered.
  • Submit a warranty claim via our Contact Form with image/video attachments of relevant affected area.
  • For international orders, the cost of shipping of replacement components will be half borne by the purchaser (excluding any additional cost from custom duties and taxes)
  • Secretlab reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.

I have received my order and would like to exchange it for a different variant or model. Can I do this?

We are unable to provide exchanges for our products at the moment. However, we do have a Return & Refund policy in place which you may refer to for more information.

What do I do if I face an issue with my purchase?

In the unlikely event that you encounter any damaged, defective or missing parts, please drop us a ticket on our Support Form with photos of the affected area and your order number so our Support team can do their best to assist you.

What is your refund/return policy?

We want you to love your chair! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we want to work with you to make things right. But before considering a return, don't forget that all our chairs are covered by our two-year warranty, which you can read up more on our Warranty Page.
