Constructed only from materials of the highest grade and certified by internationally recognized authorities for durability, it is engineered to deliver lasting comfort.

Secretlab NEO™ Hybrid Leatherette is our new-generation premium leatherette. It combines the best elements of all the different leatherette types we’ve worked with over the years for exceptional strength, flex and abrasion resistance. 12x more durable than regular PU leatherette, it has been put through an even more gruelling set of tests for industry-leading resilience.

Our industry-first Peel Protection Guarantee is a statement of confidence in the quality of our products and materials. If we don’t hold up our end of the bargain, we’re prepared to replace your backrest and/or seat base for you.

The Peel Protection Guarantee is an extension of our warranty program and covers the peeling of your leatherette upholstery. This is applicable to the Secretlab TITAN Evo, Secretlab TITAN Evo Lite and Secretlab Classics* chairs still under warranty.

If you own an older model or your chair is no longer under warranty, you can consider the Trade-In Program under the Peel Protection Guarantee.

Under the Secretlab Replacement Program, Secretlab will replace any peeling backrests and/or seat bases on eligible chairs. Depending on your chair model and whether or not it is still under warranty, we will provide these replacement parts for free or at a heavily subsidized cost. You can find out if your chair is eligible in the table above.
The Replacement Program is only applicable to chairs that are experiencing peeling. However, your chair is still covered under our standard warranty terms, which you can read more about here. Should you require further assistance, please reach out to our support team via our contact page.
All replacement parts will adhere to your original order and we are unable to switch to a different model, colorway or upholstery. If you want a different replacement part, you may consider our trade-in option instead.
Yes, all replacement parts are upholstered in Secretlab PRIME™ 2.0 leatherette. PRIME™ 2.0 leatherette has been engineered to be 4x more durable than regular PU leather and designed to perform in warm, humid climates.
Our replacement parts are made to order and the shipping duration may vary. However, once the replacement parts arrive, the replacement can be completed within a single servicing appointment and will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes. You will not have to go without your chair while waiting for the parts to be replaced.
Should you opt for our technician to assist with the replacement, they will disassemble your chair for you and collect the old parts for proper disposal. They will then install the new replacement parts for you. If you opted to carry out the replacement yourself, you can reach out to our support team for help with disassembly.
The replacement backrest and seat base are covered by a 2-year Peel Protection Guarantee and a 14-day accessories warranty. Should you encounter any issues with them, please contact our support team via our contact page.
Once you have submitted your request for the replacement parts, our support team will reach out to you with a unique payment link. You can then make payment via debit or credit card.
