We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. Secretlab TITAN Evo XL is an awesome chair!
My experience with this product has been fantastic. It offers a wide range of features, and the chair is of excellent quality.

I've had my chair for almost a month now, and am pleased with it overall. It was received within a (realistic) timely manner - I knew I wouldn't have it before the Holidays in December, and I was ok with receiving it just after. Setup was simple and straightforward with well outlined directions making it easy to follow. I'm not convinced the chair itself is astonishingly comfortable. However, it isn't uncomfortable. I do enjoy sitting in it and don't get uncomfortable sitting in it for extended periods of time as with some other chairs, and I do appreciate the quality used that should make it last. Additionally, I notice it is easier to sit more (properly) straight in this chair as well compared to others. There is a slight misalignment upon assembly, that I have noticed. I am working with support currently on coming to a solution to this at this time.

First impression when opening the package was amazed. How well the packaging was thought through. Instructions were clear and assemble was simple. I previously owned L3et gaming chair and comparing to that one, sitting experience is pretty much the same - except the lumbar part. That is new. And very useful indeed. No pillows other extras. I went with fabric cause fake skin covers will break down within 2 years of use. As well as of course the hot summer days the skin is much better on fabric. There are some small things maybe to point out: * chair is rocking back and forth (more like up and down, but feels like back and forth) about 0.5-1cm and it's not related to loosed screws nor amort .. as far as I can figure out - it's the rocking function is a bit loose. * if lumbar is put in place, it feels like pump (top of hill) where you have to balance yourself while having a feeling like you can fall/slip either left or right. But overall experience so far is amazing and so far seams to prove it's worth on price and as very comfortable chair in general.
