Once your order has been delivered, we’ll send you an email containing an assembly video and guide. You can also find them on our Resources page.
The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. We deliver your order straight to your doorstep by local courier. You’ll get to pick your preferred delivery date and time slot when checking out, and you’ll need to sign for the delivery.
We aim to deliver all orders within the selected date and time slot. Should there be any changes, we’ll do our best to let you know at least 1 working day in advance.
Additional delivery charges may also apply for certain areas, such as restricted zones, islands, Central Business District towers, and no-lift areas. Please check with us if you’re unsure about the additional costs.
Accessories will be delivered by registered mail and should reach you in about 2 to 3 working days.
Yes. We deliver 7 days a week, with the exception of Public Holidays. Simply choose the delivery date and time that suits your schedule at checkout. Three time slots are available daily for delivery:
- 11am - 3pm
- 3pm - 6pm
- 7pm - 10pm
Limited same-day delivery slots are available as well for orders placed before 1:30pm. If you opt for same-day delivery, we’ll deliver your order on the day of purchase between 7pm and 10pm. Do note that there will be an additional fee of S$29 per chair or desk for same-day deliveries.

I love it! This is the best chair I've owned. I tried leaning back in the other day. I couldn't believe how far I could go back. I'm 6'1" 300lbs and can fully recline in a computer chair sold. Looking forward to the leg rest.

Chair is nice. I like the adjustment options from the height and back positions as well as the lumbar support. 4D arm rest is cool. My concern is the lack of seat material options. The seat is very firm. I’m sure it’s good for circulation and long sitting sessions but I’d like to see a plush or pillow top seat option to soften it up. I’m a heavy guy and the regular chair was recommended on the site but I’m still surprised that the cushion is so firm. Sure, it’s likely going to last a long while but I wanna melt a little in my chair rather than slide off of it. That being said, how about configuration options that allow buyers to select variations that include different fabric materials in the backrest and seat. If I want a fabric chair and a pleather backrest or a let me do some other type of mix and match setup. If the chair assembly is not impacted then it shouldn’t be an issue for custom packaging. Additionally, how about letting users select what type of arm rests they want. Sure the standard pack-in is good but if I want plush arm rests, don’t make me pay for both. Instead let me pick what option I want to be packed with my chair. Perhaps make up the difference rather than paying $80+ for different arm rests to have the default ones go to waste.

I did countless hours of research trying to find the right chair. I had a Thermaltake chair for the last 6 years and it served me well but it was time to switch. After watching YouTube videos, reading forums, and going on Reddit I decided to pull the trigger on the Titan Evo - XL with the SoftWeave fabric. LET ME TELL YOU, this is the chair for anyone that is 6 foot or higher and 250 lbs plus. I read a few bad reviews that made me hesitate but I'm glad I took the gamble. The build quality is the first thing you notice, I'm actually surprised how intricate this chair is. Super easy install and great for long hours of gaming on that fabric material. I highly recommend this chair to anyone. Spend the money now!

I ordered the Witcher chair. Assembly was simple. The steps were simple to follow along. Chair is absolutely comfortable. Everything smoothly adjusts based on what I need for my preferred setup. I've already convinced friends and family to get chairs of their own!
