You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your standing desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.

I’m loving my Magnus Pro desk! It’s quite the feat moving it and assembling it but once you do it’s a great gaming desk setup.

Extremely happy with my Magnus Pro, riser shelf, 4 monitor arms and one laptop shelf. I also got a magnetic desk mat and some additional cable magnets. I was really amazed at the ease of putting everything together. You can tell alot of though went in to the design of how pieces fit together. I was a little skeptical about the online review that show the wobble of the desk when in the standing postion. My standing desk height is 108cm and my monitors do shake a little if I try to wobble the desk, but normal use and leaning on it to type does not cause anything noticeable to me, but overall very sturdy! I absolutely love the cable management tray and the overall look. Lastly, the customer service was on point! Even though everything was packaged extremely nice (no styrofoam which is awesome, just really great foam padding which actually work really well to protect the desk on the floor while you are putting it together!) my desk riser metal cover came bent on one corner so the magnetic ends did not fit on it properly. Secretlab customer service evaluated my pictures and request and they shipped a new riser out withing days. Super awesome service and everything looks great now! Thank you for a great product and support to match!
